Pantone Fall 2011 Color Report
Pantone, the ultimate color go-to for all things fashion, interior and graphic design, has released it's Fall 2011 Color Report! As someone completely inspired and consumed by color on an everyday basis, this is a semi-annual treat. The palette came down to a list of 10 carefully selected colors, ranging from the Pantone color of the year, Honeysuckle, to a smoky blue with green undertones called Quarry. Here's the full palette for the upcoming season...
Pantone chose a variety of creative professionals to bring their input to the colorful palette. Designers love the chance to share their outlook for our hue-inspired world.
Although fall is still on the horizon, don't feel like you can't start experimenting now. Honeysuckle has been spotted as the hot color of the year, according to Pantone. And it doesn't look like the color will be fading anytime soon. It's a popular choice for everything from weddings to interior decorating to everyday fashion - yet it remains strong and vivacious and ready to take on the world.
